Confidential billing information associated with the Work Orders (services provided from Qwest Corporation to Qwest LD Corp.) and Task Orders (services provided from Qwest LD Corp. to Qwest Corporation) is available for inspection at Qwest Corporation's principal place of business under a protective agreement.
