Course Description
This self-directed, web-based course provides you with knowledge
of the Qwest Wholesale In-Region Frame Relay Service (FRS).
You will learn how FRS works and the options available.
Frame Relay Service provides a data relay service with reliability
and performance comparable to Private Line at a lower cost and
with greater flexibility.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to:
- Describe In-Region Frame Relay Service (FRS)
- Describe the functions and features of FRS
- Explain the components and how they work together
Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily CLECs and External Customers,
but the training is available to anyone that would like an overview
of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining
a better understanding of the product and processes, and will
allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales
and Service Team.
